The Little Inn of Bayfield
A historic inn nestled in the heart of Bayfield village it is a little further down the road, but absolutely worth it. The rooms are charming, intimate, and full of character, exactly the kind of place that makes a weekend away feel special. Bayfield itself sits just next door to Goderich and is one of those towns you stumble into and never want to leave.
The main strip is lined with some genuinely wonderful restaurants, perfect for a long Friday night dinner before the wedding or a slow Sunday morning before the drive home.
The Ben Miller Inn
A beautifully restored heritage property set on the Maitland River, just a short drive from Lune 1860. we came across this one on one of their exploratory drives through the area and immediately fell in love with it. It has that old-world warmth and quiet elegance that is very much our kind of place, stone walls, mature trees, and the kind of stillness that makes you actually slow down. If you are looking for somewhere that feels like a proper escape from the city, this is it.
